Niniejsza Polityka prywatności wyjaśnia, w jaki sposób przetwarzamy dane osobowe osób korzystających ze strony internetowej Design Yourself, zapisujących się na waitlistę, wyrażających chęć udziału w beta testach oraz otrzymujących komunikację e-mail dotyczącą Design Yourself.

2. Czym jest Design Yourself

Design Yourself to powstający produkt cyfrowy, którego celem jest pomaganie użytkowniczkom w tworzeniu stylizacji, lepszym wykorzystywaniu własnej szafy oraz podejmowaniu bardziej świadomych decyzji zakupowych.

Na obecnym etapie strona internetowa służy przede wszystkim do informowania o projekcie, zbierania zapisów na waitlistę, kontaktu z osobami zainteresowanymi wcześniejszym dostępem oraz rekrutacji do przyszłych beta testów.

3. Jakie dane przetwarzamy

W związku z formularzem waitlisty możemy przetwarzać następujące dane:

  1. adres e-mail,
  2. kraj,
  3. preferowany język,
  4. odpowiedź dotyczącą największego wyzwania ze stylem,
  5. odpowiedź dotyczącą chęci udziału w beta testach,
  6. informację o wyrażeniu zgody marketingowej,
  7. datę i godzinę zapisu,
  8. język formularza,
  9. źródło zapisu,
  10. dane techniczne związane z korzystaniem ze strony, takie jak podstawowe informacje o urządzeniu, przeglądarce, adresie IP, ustawieniach językowych lub aktywności na stronie.

Nie zbieramy w formularzu imienia ani nazwiska.

4. W jakich celach przetwarzamy dane

Przetwarzamy Twoje dane w następujących celach:

4.1. Obsługa waitlisty

Przetwarzamy Twój adres e-mail oraz pozostałe dane z formularza, aby zapisać Cię na listę osób zainteresowanych Design Yourself i poinformować Cię o starcie produktu lub możliwości wcześniejszego dostępu.

4.2. Komunikacja e-mail dotycząca Design Yourself

Jeżeli wyrazisz zgodę, możemy wysyłać Ci wiadomości e-mail dotyczące startu aplikacji, wcześniejszego dostępu, beta testów, nowości produktowych, ofert oraz inspiracji związanych z Design Yourself.

4.3. Rekrutacja do beta testów

Jeżeli w formularzu wskażesz, że chcesz wziąć udział w beta testach albo że być może chcesz zrobić to później, możemy skontaktować się z Tobą w tej sprawie.

4.4. Analiza zainteresowania produktem

Możemy analizować dane z formularza, takie jak kraj, preferowany język, największe wyzwanie ze stylem oraz chęć udziału w beta testach, aby lepiej zrozumieć potrzeby osób zainteresowanych Design Yourself, określić priorytety rozwoju produktu i planować komunikację marketingową.

4.5. Analityka strony internetowej

Przetwarzamy dane techniczne i statystyczne, aby sprawdzać, jak działa nasza strona, z jakich źródeł trafiają użytkownicy, które wersje językowe są najczęściej używane oraz jak poprawiać skuteczność landing page.

Checkbox zgody nie jest domyślnie zaznaczony. Zgodę wyrażasz samodzielnie poprzez zaznaczenie checkboxa przy formularzu.

7. Czy podanie danych jest obowiązkowe

Podanie danych w formularzu jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne do zapisania się na waitlistę i otrzymywania wiadomości dotyczących Design Yourself.

Jeżeli nie podasz adresu e-mail lub nie wyrazisz wymaganej zgody marketingowej, nie będziemy mogli zapisać Cię na waitlistę ani wysyłać wiadomości e-mail dotyczących startu aplikacji, wcześniejszego dostępu lub beta testów.

8. Osoby pełnoletnie

Formularz waitlisty jest przeznaczony wyłącznie dla osób pełnoletnich, czyli takich, które ukończyły 18 lat.

Nie kierujemy formularza waitlisty do dzieci ani osób niepełnoletnich. Jeżeli dowiemy się, że przetwarzamy dane osoby niepełnoletniej bez wymaganej podstawy prawnej, podejmiemy działania w celu usunięcia takich danych.

9. Odbiorcy danych i dostawcy usług

W związku z prowadzeniem strony internetowej, obsługą waitlisty i komunikacją e-mail możemy korzystać z usług zewnętrznych dostawców. W takim zakresie dane mogą być przetwarzane przez następujące kategorie odbiorców:

Korzystamy z dostawców, którzy deklarują stosowanie odpowiednich środków ochrony danych. W przypadku gdy dany dostawca działa jako podmiot przetwarzający dane w naszym imieniu, zawieramy z nim odpowiednią umowę powierzenia przetwarzania danych lub korzystamy z warunków przetwarzania danych udostępnionych przez tego dostawcę.

10. Przekazywanie danych poza EOG lub Wielką Brytanię

Co do zasady staramy się korzystać z dostawców zapewniających odpowiedni poziom ochrony danych. Dane związane z waitlistą przechowujemy przez okres potrzebny do realizacji celów, dla których zostały zebrane, nie dłużej niż przez 24 miesiące od dnia zapisu, chyba że wcześniej wycofasz zgodę, złożysz żądanie usunięcia danych albo dalsze przechowywanie będzie wymagane lub uzasadnione przepisami prawa.

Dane przetwarzane w celu wykazania, że zgoda została udzielona, możemy przechowywać przez okres potrzebny do ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony roszczeń.

Dane związane z korespondencją możemy przechowywać przez okres potrzebny do obsługi sprawy, a następnie przez okres wymagany lub dopuszczalny przez przepisy prawa.

Dane analityczne przechowujemy zgodnie z ustawieniami i okresami retencji stosowanych narzędzi analitycznych.

2. What Design Yourself is

Design Yourself is an upcoming digital product designed to help users create outfits, make better use of their existing wardrobe, and make more conscious shopping decisions.

At the current stage, the website is used mainly to provide information about the project, collect waitlist sign-ups, contact people interested in early access, and recruit future beta testers.

3. What data we process

In connection with the waitlist form, we may process the following data:

  1. email address,
  2. country,
  3. preferred language,
  4. answer regarding your biggest style challenge,
  5. answer regarding your interest in beta testing,
  6. information about your marketing consent,
  7. date and time of sign-up,
  8. form language,
  9. sign-up source,
  10. technical data related to the use of the website, such as basic information about your device, browser, IP address, language settings or website activity.

We do not collect your first name or last name in the form.

4. Why we process your data

We process your data for the following purposes:

4.1. Waitlist management

We process your email address and other form data to add you to the list of people interested in Design Yourself and to inform you about the product launch or early access opportunities.

4.2. Email communication related to Design Yourself

If you give your consent, we may send you email messages about the app launch, early access, beta tests, product updates, offers, and inspiration related to Design Yourself.

4.3. Beta test recruitment

If you indicate in the form that you would like to participate in beta testing, or that you may be interested later, we may contact you about this.

4.4. Analysis of product interest

We may analyse form data, such as country, preferred language, biggest style challenge and interest in beta testing, to better understand the needs of people interested in Design Yourself, define product development priorities, and plan marketing communication.

4.5. Website analytics

We process technical and statistical data to check how our website works, where users come from, which language versions are used most often, and how we can improve the effectiveness of the landing page.

4.6. Handling inquiries and user rights requests

If you contact us, for example regarding your personal data, we process your data to handle your request, provide a response, and comply with obligations under data protection laws.

4.7. Establishing, pursuing or defending claims

We may also process selected data to protect our rights, prove that consent was given, and defend against possible claims.

We process personal data based on the following legal bases:

  1. Your consent — for email marketing communication and waitlist sign-up where the sign-up involves receiving messages about Design Yourself.
  2. Our legitimate interest — for website analytics, analysis of interest in the project, protection against abuse, basic documentation, and establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
  3. Legal obligation — for handling requests related to personal data and complying with obligations under applicable law.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

6. Marketing consent

When joining the waitlist, you may give consent with the following or equivalent wording:

“I want to receive emails from Design Yourself about the app launch, early access, beta tests, product updates, offers, and inspiration related to Design Yourself. I know that I can withdraw my consent at any time.”

The consent checkbox is not selected by default. You give your consent yourself by ticking the checkbox next to the form.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in email messages or by contacting us at: privacy@designyourself.app.

7. Is providing data mandatory?

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but necessary to join the waitlist and receive messages related to Design Yourself.

If you do not provide your email address or do not give the required marketing consent, we will not be able to add you to the waitlist or send you emails about the app launch, early access or beta tests.

8. Adults only

The waitlist form is intended only for adults, meaning people who are at least 18 years old.

We do not direct the waitlist form to children or minors. If we learn that we process data of a minor without the required legal basis, we will take steps to delete such data.

9. Recipients of data and service providers

In connection with operating the website, managing the waitlist and email communication, we may use external service providers. In this scope, data may be processed by the following categories of recipients:

  1. hosting and technical infrastructure providers,
  2. providers of form and mailing list tools,
  3. email delivery service providers,
  4. analytics tool providers,
  5. email and office tool providers,
  6. website security and performance service providers,
  7. entities supporting us in legal, technical or organisational matters.

As of the publication date of this Privacy Policy, we use or may use in particular the following tools:

  1. Vercel — website hosting and technical infrastructure,
  2. Cloudflare — DNS, security, protection and website performance,
  3. Brevo — waitlist, mailing list and email communication management,

We use providers that declare that they apply appropriate data protection measures. Where a provider acts as a processor of personal data on our behalf, we enter into a data processing agreement with that provider or use the data processing terms made available by that provider.

10. Transfers of data outside the EEA or the United Kingdom

As a general rule, we try to use providers that ensure an appropriate level of data protection. However, some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, in particular due to the global nature of technology services, technical infrastructure or service access.

If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, it is done using appropriate legal mechanisms required by data protection laws, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other permitted safeguards.

11. Analytics, cookies and similar technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to the extent necessary for the proper operation of the website, security, remembering settings or analysing website usage.

We use Plausible for website analytics. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics tool and may operate without using cookies that track users across websites.

We may also use Google Search Console to analyse the website’s visibility in Google Search.

If in the future we implement marketing tools, such as advertising pixels or remarketing tools, we will inform users by updating this Privacy Policy and, where required, ask for appropriate consent.

12. How long we keep your data

Data related to the waitlist is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, no longer than 24 months from the date of sign-up, unless you withdraw your consent earlier, request deletion of your data, or further storage is required or justified by law.

Data processed to prove that consent was given may be stored for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.

Data related to correspondence may be stored for the period necessary to handle the matter and then for the period required or permitted by law.

Analytics data is stored according to the settings and retention periods of the analytics tools used.

13. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  1. right of access to your data,
  2. right to rectification of your data,
  3. right to deletion of your data,
  4. right to restriction of processing,
  5. right to data portability,
  6. right to object to processing,
  7. right to withdraw consent at any time,
  8. right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

If we process your data based on our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to such processing for reasons related to your particular situation.

If we process data for direct marketing purposes, you may object to such processing or withdraw your consent to receive marketing messages at any time.

15. Data security

We use organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Access to data is limited to people and entities that need it to perform the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

16. Automated decision-making and profiling

At the waitlist stage, we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

We may analyse information provided in the form, such as country, preferred language, biggest style challenge and interest in beta testing, to better tailor communication, product development and marketing priorities. This analysis does not produce legal effects concerning you.

17. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy, in particular if Design Yourself develops further, service providers change, new analytics or marketing tools are implemented, the app is launched, or applicable law changes.

This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data of people who use the Design Yourself website, join the waitlist, express interest in beta testing, and receive email communication related to Design Yourself.

This Privacy Policy was originally prepared in Polish. Versions in other languages are translations provided for users’ convenience. In case of any discrepancies between language versions, the Polish version shall prevail, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

In this document, we use the terms “we”, “us” or “Design Yourself”.

2. Che cos’è Design Yourself

Design Yourself is an upcoming digital product designed to help users create outfits, make better use of their existing wardrobe, and make more conscious shopping decisions.

At the current stage, the website is used mainly to provide information about the project, collect waitlist sign-ups, contact people interested in early access, and recruit future beta testers.

3. Quali dati trattiamo

In connection with the waitlist form, we may process the following data:

  1. email address,
  2. country,
  3. preferred language,
  4. answer regarding your biggest style challenge,
  5. answer regarding your interest in beta testing,
  6. information about your marketing consent,
  7. date and time of sign-up,
  8. form language,
  9. sign-up source,
  10. technical data related to the use of the website, such as basic information about your device, browser, IP address, language settings or website activity.

We do not collect your first name or last name in the form.

4. Per quali finalità trattiamo i dati

We process your data for the following purposes:

4.1. Waitlist management

We process your email address and other form data to add you to the list of people interested in Design Yourself and to inform you about the product launch or early access opportunities.

4.2. Email communication related to Design Yourself

If you give your consent, we may send you email messages about the app launch, early access, beta tests, product updates, offers, and inspiration related to Design Yourself.

4.3. Beta test recruitment

If you indicate in the form that you would like to participate in beta testing, or that you may be interested later, we may contact you about this.

4.4. Analysis of product interest

We may analyse form data, such as country, preferred language, biggest style challenge and interest in beta testing, to better understand the needs of people interested in Design Yourself, define product development priorities, and plan marketing communication.

4.5. Website analytics

We process technical and statistical data to check how our website works, where users come from, which language versions are used most often, and how we can improve the effectiveness of the landing page.

4.6. Handling inquiries and user rights requests

If you contact us, for example regarding your personal data, we process your data to handle your request, provide a response, and comply with obligations under data protection laws.

4.7. Establishing, pursuing or defending claims

We may also process selected data to protect our rights, prove that consent was given, and defend against possible claims.

We process personal data based on the following legal bases:

  1. Your consent — for email marketing communication and waitlist sign-up where the sign-up involves receiving messages about Design Yourself.
  2. Our legitimate interest — for website analytics, analysis of interest in the project, protection against abuse, basic documentation, and establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
  3. Legal obligation — for handling requests related to personal data and complying with obligations under applicable law.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

6. Consenso marketing

When joining the waitlist, you may give consent with the following or equivalent wording:

“I want to receive emails from Design Yourself about the app launch, early access, beta tests, product updates, offers, and inspiration related to Design Yourself. I know that I can withdraw my consent at any time.”

The consent checkbox is not selected by default. You give your consent yourself by ticking the checkbox next to the form.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in email messages or by contacting us at: privacy@designyourself.app.

7. Il conferimento dei dati è obbligatorio?

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but necessary to join the waitlist and receive messages related to Design Yourself.

If you do not provide your email address or do not give the required marketing consent, we will not be able to add you to the waitlist or send you emails about the app launch, early access or beta tests.

8. Solo per maggiorenni

The waitlist form is intended only for adults, meaning people who are at least 18 years old.

We do not direct the waitlist form to children or minors. If we learn that we process data of a minor without the required legal basis, we will take steps to delete such data.

In connection with operating the website, managing the waitlist and email communication, we may use external service providers. In this scope, data may be processed by the following categories of recipients:

  1. hosting and technical infrastructure providers,
  2. providers of form and mailing list tools,
  3. email delivery service providers,
  4. analytics tool providers,
  5. email and office tool providers,
  6. website security and performance service providers,
  7. entities supporting us in legal, technical or organisational matters.

As of the publication date of this Privacy Policy, we use or may use in particular the following tools:

  1. Vercel — website hosting and technical infrastructure,
  2. Cloudflare — DNS, security, protection and website performance,
  3. Brevo — waitlist, mailing list and email communication management,
  4. Plausible — website analytics,
  5. Google Search Console — analysis of the website’s visibility in Google Search,
  6. Google Workspace / Gmail — email communication and user contact management.

We use providers that declare that they apply appropriate data protection measures. Where a provider acts as a processor of personal data on our behalf, we enter into a data processing agreement with that provider or use the data processing terms made available by that provider.

As a general rule, we try to use providers that ensure an appropriate level of data protection. However, some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, in particular due to the global nature of technology services, technical infrastructure or service access.

If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, it is done using appropriate legal mechanisms required by data protection laws, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other permitted safeguards.

11. Analisi, cookie e tecnologie simili

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to the extent necessary for the proper operation of the website, security, remembering settings or analysing website usage.

We use Plausible for website analytics. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics tool and may operate without using cookies that track users across websites.

We may also use Google Search Console to analyse the website’s visibility in Google Search.

If in the future we implement marketing tools, such as advertising pixels or remarketing tools, we will inform users by updating this Privacy Policy and, where required, ask for appropriate consent.

12. Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati

Data related to the waitlist is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, no longer than 24 months from the date of sign-up, unless you withdraw your consent earlier, request deletion of your data, or further storage is required or justified by law.

Data processed to prove that consent was given may be stored for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.

Data related to correspondence may be stored for the period necessary to handle the matter and then for the period required or permitted by law.

Analytics data is stored according to the settings and retention periods of the analytics tools used.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  1. right of access to your data,
  2. right to rectification of your data,
  3. right to deletion of your data,
  4. right to restriction of processing,
  5. right to data portability,
  6. right to object to processing,
  7. right to withdraw consent at any time,
  8. right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

If you live in the United Kingdom, you may also contact the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office.

We may analyse information provided in the form, such as country, preferred language, biggest style challenge and interest in beta testing, to better tailor communication, product development and marketing priorities. This analysis does not produce legal effects concerning you.

17. Modifiche a questa informativa

We may update this Privacy Policy, in particular if Design Yourself develops further, service providers change, new analytics or marketing tools are implemented, the app is launched, or applicable law changes.

The current version of the Privacy Policy will be available at https://designyourself.app.

If changes significantly affect how we process your data, we will inform you in an appropriate way, for example by displaying a notice on the website or sending an email.
