Design Yourself to powstający produkt cyfrowy, którego celem jest pomaganie użytkowniczkom w tworzeniu stylizacji, lepszym wykorzystywaniu własnej szafy oraz podejmowaniu bardziej świadomych decyzji zakupowych.
Na obecnym etapie strona internetowa służy przede wszystkim do informowania o projekcie, zbierania zapisów na waitlistę, kontaktu z osobami zainteresowanymi wcześniejszym dostępem oraz rekrutacji do przyszłych beta testów.
3. Jakie dane przetwarzamy
W związku z formularzem waitlisty możemy przetwarzać następujące dane:

- odpowiedź dotyczącą największego wyzwania ze stylem,

The waitlist form is intended only for adults, meaning people who are at least 18 years old.
We do not direct the waitlist form to children or minors. If we learn that we process data of a minor without the required legal basis, we will take steps to delete such data.

We use Plausible for website analytics. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics tool and may operate without using cookies that track users across websites.

If in the future we implement marketing tools, such as advertising pixels or remarketing tools, we will inform users by updating this Privacy Policy and, where required, ask for appropriate consent.
12. How long we keep your data
Data related to the waitlist is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, no longer than 24 months from the date of sign-up, unless you withdraw your consent earlier, request deletion of your data, or further storage is required or justified by law.
Data processed to prove that consent was given may be stored for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.
Data related to correspondence may be stored for the period necessary to handle the matter and then for the period required or permitted by law.
Analytics data is stored according to the settings and retention periods of the analytics tools used.

4.1. Waitlist management
We process your email address and other form data to add you to the list of people interested in Design Yourself and to inform you about the product launch or early access opportunities.
4.2. Email communication related to Design Yourself
If you give your consent, we may send you email messages about the app launch, early access, beta tests, product updates, offers, and inspiration related to Design Yourself.
4.3. Beta test recruitment
If you indicate in the form that you would like to participate in beta testing, or that you may be interested later, we may contact you about this.
4.4. Analysis of product interest
We may analyse form data, such as country, preferred language, biggest style challenge and interest in beta testing, to better understand the needs of people interested in Design Yourself, define product development priorities, and plan marketing communication.
4.5. Website analytics
We process technical and statistical data to check how our website works, where users come from, which language versions are used most often, and how we can improve the effectiveness of the landing page.
4.6. Handling inquiries and user rights requests
If you contact us, for example regarding your personal data, we process your data to handle your request, provide a response, and comply with obligations under data protection laws.
4.7. Establishing, pursuing or defending claims
We may also process selected data to protect our rights, prove that consent was given, and defend against possible claims.

When joining the waitlist, you may give consent with the following or equivalent wording:
“I want to receive emails from Design Yourself about the app launch, early access, beta tests, product updates, offers, and inspiration related to Design Yourself. I know that I can withdraw my consent at any time.”
The consent checkbox is not selected by default. You give your consent yourself by ticking the checkbox next to the form.

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but necessary to join the waitlist and receive messages related to Design Yourself.
If you do not provide your email address or do not give the required marketing consent, we will not be able to add you to the waitlist or send you emails about the app launch, early access or beta tests.

The waitlist form is intended only for adults, meaning people who are at least 18 years old.
We do not direct the waitlist form to children or minors. If we learn that we process data of a minor without the required legal basis, we will take steps to delete such data.

We use providers that declare that they apply appropriate data protection measures. Where a provider acts as a processor of personal data on our behalf, we enter into a data processing agreement with that provider or use the data processing terms made available by that provider.

We use Plausible for website analytics. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics tool and may operate without using cookies that track users across websites.
We may also use Google Search Console to analyse the website’s visibility in Google Search.
If in the future we implement marketing tools, such as advertising pixels or remarketing tools, we will inform users by updating this Privacy Policy and, where required, ask for appropriate consent.

Data related to the waitlist is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, no longer than 24 months from the date of sign-up, unless you withdraw your consent earlier, request deletion of your data, or further storage is required or justified by law.
Data processed to prove that consent was given may be stored for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.
Data related to correspondence may be stored for the period necessary to handle the matter and then for the period required or permitted by law.
Analytics data is stored according to the settings and retention periods of the analytics tools used.
